Three French law enforcement officials shot lifeless responding to home violence incident



The officers from the Gendarmerie Nationwide Police Power had been killed by a lone gunman in Puy-de-Dôme, west of Lyon, shortly after midnight on Wednesday. BFM reported that the law enforcement officials had been fatally shot by a 48-year-old man as they tried to rescue a girl who had taken refuge on the roof of a home.

In accordance with the broadcaster, the person allegedly set fireplace to the home after the taking pictures. French press company AFP cited officers saying the girl had been rescued, and that at the least seven elite tactical law enforcement officials remained on web site.

Chatting with BFM, the mayor of Saint-Simply Francois Chautard, which is within the Puy-de-Dôme division, stated the home had been destroyed by the hearth.

“They do not know what’s within the rubble or if he managed to flee,” the mayor stated, including that the incident was “apparently a home scene that is gone incorrect.”
