The Ravens have been struggling to handle a coronavirus outbreak throughout the group.
The sport is now set for Wednesday at 3:40 p.m. ET in Pittsburgh, the league introduced Monday. The NFL has but to cancel a 2020 common season sport.
Since going through the Tennessee Titans on November 22, the Ravens have positioned 21 gamers on the group’s Reserve/Covid-19 listing.
As of Monday afternoon, the group’s web site states that 19 of these gamers stay on the listing.
The NFL describes the listing as being for gamers who both check optimistic for Covid-19 or who’ve been quarantined after having been in shut contact with an contaminated particular person or individuals.
The Ravens hosted “a safely distanced walk-through/conditioning session on the Beneath Armour Efficiency Middle” on Monday night, the group stated in a press release.
“Gamers arrived already ready to work out on the sphere, and they didn’t enter the locker room or coaching room. We intend to carry one other walk-through session on Tuesday, in preparation for touring to Pittsburgh Tuesday night.”
The NFL neither confirmed nor denied the cancellation when requested by CNN. The Ravens haven’t replied to CNN’s request for remark.
The league rescheduled different video games. The Washington Soccer Group and Steelers sport that was scheduled for Sunday can be moved to Monday at 5 pm. ET.
The Dallas Cowboys and Ravens sport initially scheduled for Thursday can be moved to December 8 at 8:05 p.m. ET.
“These selections have been made out of an abundance of warning to make sure the well being and security of gamers, coaches and sport day personnel and in session with medical consultants,” the league stated in a press release.
